Aerial silks is an acrobatic art form performed on two strips of fabric hung from a single point from the roof. A typical routine consists of a combination of climbing, wrapping, inverting, locks and drops. The silks is an amazing challenge and encourages upper body strength and flexibility. You do not have to be strong or flexible to do aerial silks, there something for everyone to learn and enjoy on the silks!
An aerial silks class consists of a proper cardiovascular warm-up and flexibility training and is followed by guided technique instruction. Class concludes with a brief warm down. Tricks, poses and sequences taught are tailored to the strength and capability of individual students.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport and self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.
BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to control a fight. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments, mixed martial arts (MMA) competition, self defense situations and general fitness and wellbeing.
The benefits of BJJ are far reaching and will touch every aspect of your life. Our team nurtures your independent thinking, supports your fighting spirit and helps your reach your personal goals.
“Always assume that your opponent is going to be bigger, stronger and faster than you so that you learn to rely on technique, timing and leverage rather than brute strength.” –Grandmaster Helio Gracie
